An 8 week, women-only transformation experience designed to change the way you look, feel and show up in your life inside and out. This isn’t just about weight loss. It’s about sculpting a tighter waist, building confident curves, and stepping into the most powerful, feminine version of you. The kind of confidence you feel in your walk, your energy and the way you look at yourself in the mirror.
 

The SLIM THICC Project was created for women, by two women Brooke and Debs and designed to be a safe, supportive space where you can grow without pressure, comparison, or judgement. Alongside our signature 8 week transformation, you can now also join our SLIM THICC PAYG classes and become part of our free SLIM THICC community WhatsApp group your go to hub for the next 8 weeks and beyond.
 

Inside the community, you’ll have everything you need to stay consistent and motivated: class schedules, daily reminders, events, run club meet-ups, weekly challenges and so much more all surrounded by women who are on the same journey as you.
 

Blending science backed training, realistic nutrition and mindset support, SLIM THICC delivers true body re-composition without burnout, extreme restriction, or confusion. Whether you’re starting from scratch or levelling up your fitness, we meet you where you are and walk with you every step of the way.
 

This isn’t just a program.

It’s a community.
